Carrie Collins received her training in the Meridian Flexibility System from Steve Sierra and Anne Tierney. She was introduced to Resistance Flexibility Training in 2003 while living in San Francisco. Carrie is a classically trained pianist and found that the system not only relieved tension from long hours of practicing, but also helped balance and strengthen her body, mind and spirit. Her work as a Meridian Flexibility Trainer has lead to feature articles in Time Out Chicago and The Chicago Tribune.
Carrie has experience working on athletes such as marathon runners and swimmers. She's worked with yoga and pilates students to enhance their practice. She's also worked on clients with severe back pain, knee pain, scoliosis, shoulder injuries and cerebral palsy.
