more fluid, both in the water and on the trail. Their instruction is sensible, thorough, and straightforward, and their routine is effective without
being time-consuming. It has become as much a part of routine as brushing my teeth!
This DVD helped me decrease pain and increase strength in only 3 sessions. I'm a 66 year old woman with chronic neck and shoulder pain due to an
automobile whiplash injury suffered over 40 years ago. I love sports, but I recently have found my movements stiff and weak because I kept avoiding
strength training because of pain. The stretching exercises on the DVD were not painful, and helped me reeducate my body. I found I had been
"relaxing" too much because a doctor once told me that relaxation would avoid pain. But "relaxing" while lifting weights or
trying pushups usually resulted in minor injuries which increased pain. These stretches are hard for me, but I already experienced a great
improvement coming from my new approach to my body. I can move against resistance and increase strength without pain. And the approach lasts
throughout the day so that all my movements are affected and continue to improve my functioning. Thank you! Thank you!
I'm a 44 year old male, I've done a few marathons and a lot of mountain biking in my life, and now I think I might try out for the Olympic swim team.
This DVD targets the areas of your body that haven't had any attention paid to them, stretching and strengthening little used muscle groups and
especially the connective tissues around your joints. My upper back and shoulders were unbelievably sore after going through the 17 different
exercises, and my hips felt looser and energized without any underlying tightness. What you'll probably find is that you didn't realize how much
discomfort you were feeling in some areas of your body (if you're my age). I had quit running because I felt like it was wearing my body down, opting
for lower impact exercise because of my age. Now I'm thinking that thoroughly working out and stretching the ignored sections of my body is going to
revitalize my abilities. Can't say enough about this program.
