Athletes are a special breed and need special attention. That is why we work in a team to provide the most dynamic and sophisticated workout available.
In our society, athletes are revered and adored by many. Yet as soon as an athlete is injured they are subjected to pre-hab and rehab methods that do little to facilitate their recovery or advance them as the extraordinary physical human beings that they are. Society has seen countless athletes cast aside once they were no longer able to keep up with or endure their mounting list of chronic aches and pains. At IBS we are dedicating ourselves to changing this trend by providing Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching programs that are essentially “preventative medicine.” We provide the athletes with workouts that give them:
throughout a range of movements. Bone rotations and alignments can be changed to literally transform the body and relieve it of aches and pains. Whether you’re a ballet dancer, runner, gymnast, basketball player, or football player – either recreationally or professionally – flexibility is key. Flexibility even becomes more important to the aging athlete as ‘nagging’ injuries such as strains, sprains, pulls, and inflammation start to happen and needlessly keep one from competing. Often these chronic problems that haunt athletes are as simple as tight hamstrings or hip flexors that are solved by simple Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching exercises. Athletes are a special breed and need special attention. Simple stretches are not going to challenge them or keep them interested long enough. That is why we work in a team to provide the most dynamic and sophisticated workout out there. Through Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching combined with weight-lifting and aerobic exercises any athlete can be transformed into a more limber, stable, faster, and more explosive version of his/her old self – without flexibility the athlete is merely a shell of what they could be. On top of which, they will feel amazing while competing as their body will have an outlet for the minutes, hours, years, and decades of tension that has been stored up in their muscles – Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching can remove this chronic tightness. Watch as:
Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching is a workout that not only builds, but restores. |

| Anne and Steve are on the cutting edge of body advancements. I have had the opportunity to work with both of them at length and their skills in Meridian Flexibility training, among other forms of training, is state of the art. I will continue my training with them whenever the opportunity arises and am geographically available to them. I will continue to refer friends and acquaintances to them for their expertise, professionalism, and know-how. They are on the ground floor of a system that is new, challenging, and one that works. I thank them and wish them luck. - Jayson Werth Major League Baseball Outfielder |
