In order to truly maximize your stretching – a board is a must as it helps keep a leg and waist secure while the other leg can be manipulated. The board was originally designed about five years ago by Californian instructor Nic Bartolotta in order to stretch hamstrings on others without having to worry about stabilization. The board has undergone some ‘developments’ in the past couple of years.  It’s purpose is still the same, but the design is sleeker and more compact in order to make it easier for travel and storage. The strap design has also been changed into a 'X' pattern to ensure the upper thigh is stable and secure.

Trainers, the board is the only way to protect your body if you are performing numerous RFST sessions.

The board comes ready to use complete with straps, mat, and carrying strap. The boards are 6’ long and cut into 4 pieces so that they fold up into a nice 2’ x 1.5’ x 4” rectangle. The mat velcros onto the carrying strap for easy travel and portability.

The boards cost $250.00 plus S&H (the board plus all amenities weighs 20 lbs). Engraving using a wood-burning pen is $20.00 extra.
