Our foundation for continual success is the use of today’s most innovative flexibility program called ‘Resistance Flexibility and Strength Training (RFST)®’ or more commonly referred to as The Meridian Flexibility System (MFS)®.

Bob Cooley, our mentor, Founder of MFS, and author of The Genius of Flexibility, has redefined true flexibility as a muscles ability to contract maximally while being elongated.

Common stretching techniques that have been used in the past and present have had a tendency to either leave individuals feeling overstretched and weak or without the results that they want and need.  By implementing The Meridian Flexibility System® into any exercise regimen, training modality, or activity (leisure or otherwise) it has the uncanny ability to make any of those things that we may engage in much more results-driven, enjoyable and pain-free.

With the combination of East and West the MFS® uses cutting edge Resistance Stretch® positions that allow us to stretch muscle groups along their correct action/movement patterns.  This, in conjunction with the use of Meridian Pathways from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) allow us to change or upgrade 16 different types of organic materials present in the body such as joint capsules, ligaments, tendons, and fascia.

In addition to the aforementioned as well as noticeable and permanent increases in flexibility and strength, there is also the possibility for RFST® to increase aerobic capacity in the muscles as well.  Ultimately RFST® will allow you to be stronger and go longer so that the muscles do not fatigue before you do!

Having worked with Bob Cooley, founder of Meridian Flexibility, Steve and Anne are both highly trained in the art and practice of Meridian Stretching and have had years of valuable experience in Resistance Flexibility and Strength Training (RFST). They have worked with a wide range of individuals including Olympic athletes/professionals, executives, and people with chronic pain.
